COx3 is an optimistic indie studio for content research, strategy, and product. We find out what people want, decide what’s worth saying, and make the things that say it well.
Every few years someone announces that the rules of persuasion have changed. What has usually changed is the channel. People still buy partly to become someone, or to belong somewhere. They remember the company that looks like no one else, and they believe the claim they can check.
So the old disciplines still work: finding out what customers want, choosing a position, writing plainly, and testing what you write. Most companies skip at least one of them.
COx3 is a small, independent studio that does all four. We interview customers, help companies decide what they want to be known for, and write and build the websites and publications that say it. We have read the case against advertising, and we agree with more of it than you might expect. We still think a company can be worth a reader’s time.
