I. The focus of our work
The web is entering a new institutional era, restructuring itself in the aftermath of AI. As machine cognition alters how information is produced, distributed, and authored, the internet is evolving into an environment where meaning is no longer just published, but continuously synthesized between humans and systems.
In this transition, there is a distinct risk that we build infrastructures optimized for scale rather than collective understanding. Yet, while the technical substrate evolves, writing remains the essential interface. It is the layer where our ideas take shape, where knowledge accumulates, and where cultural memory is preserved.
Our focus is to study this transformation and intervene where necessary. We build research, products, and editorial platforms that function as the apparatus for a new media—engineering the infrastructure required for the web to remain a place of genuine connection, deep curiosity, and creative integrity.
